Jenny Rowlands has been appointed as the Local Government Association’s Interim Chief Executive to lead the organisation during the absence of Chief Executive Joanna Killian. Rowlands joins the LGA on 11 May. She was recently at Croydon Council where she spent eight weeks as Assistant CEO.
