Carl Brown has been appointed Head of Parking and Traffic Services at the London Borough of Redbridge. He previously spent 23 years at Newham Council in a range of roles including Commissioning Support Manager and Operations Manager. He has worked across parking, enforcement and environmental services, and also held leadership roles covering service transformation, contract management, CCTV and security, and health and safety.
