There has been a 45% drop in fatal and serious crashes on one of Cornwall’s most notorious roads since the installation of speed cameras, reports the Vision Zero South West road safety partnership.
The findings are based on analysis of KSI (killed or seriously injured) data on the A38 between Dobwalls and Bodmin five years before and five years after the installation of an average speed camera scheme.
