New minimum standards for Enhanced Partnerships (EPs) will be a condition of future bus grant funding, the Department for Transport says in a new Review of Enhanced Partnership performance to date, seeking to identify the characteristics that deliver best results.
To promote transparency and accountability all EPs will be required to participate in Transport Focus passenger satisfaction surveys, with results published, the DfT also says.
