The Trail Riders Fellowship (TRF) has failed on all five grounds it argued in a High Court challenge to a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) made by Lincolnshire County Council. The TRO prohibits any motor or horse drawn vehicle from using roadway which forms part of the Viking Way long distance walking route, subject to certain specified exemptions.
