Unity5 Group has appointed Nicolina Cooper as Managing Director for the Public Sector. She joins Unity5 as a member of the senior leadership team, having spent nearly 20 years in a range of roles managing parking, traffic and highways at several councils including Havering, Newham, Islington and Camden.
