Transport for London (TfL) is facing a legal challenge to its decision to award a revenue collection contract to Spanish firm Indra Group. Incumbent contractor Cubic Transportation Systems said it submitted a lower bid than Indra and should have won the contract. The US firm, which has a long-standing partnership with TfL, alleges it was treated unfairly.
