Tom Moody has been appointed Director of Transport at East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA). He joins from Cheshire East Council, where he has worked since June 2022 as Director of Highways and Infrastructure. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Transport for London as Head of Policy and Service Development.
