Test Valley Borough Council is looking to build the Hampshire town’s first multi-storey car park on the site of a community centre and surface car park.
The decked car park would have 285-spaces – of which 58 would be electric vehicle charging spaces and 13 disabled parking bays.
The multi-storey car forms part of a £23m redevelopment of the South Town site, which could also include a community centre, housing, and a new bus station.
