Haringey, Lewisham and Southwark councils have been awarded up to £10m each by Transport for London (TfL) to improve bus infrastructure and operations.
The councils will receive up to £10m over an expected four-year period, with funding released in stages.
The selected schemes aim to cut bus journey times by up to 30%, increase overall bus ridership and offer the bus as a preferred alternative to travel by private car.
