TfL and RMT agree to pay deal and ‘fatigue friendly’ rosters

RMT has accepted a three-year pay offer from Transport for London (TfL) following a dispute which resulted in four days of severe disruption on the Tube in September (LTT919).

The union said it has also secured commitments addressing work-life balance among staff, including “fatigue friendly” rosters, further discussions on staff travel,  and a consistent Boxing Day payment of £400.
