Joely Hill has joined WSP as an Associate Transport Planner, based in London. She moves from Transport for London (TfL) where she was in the Spatial Planning team with a role in shaping development in the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) area surrounding the new HS2 station. Hill is a Board Director at the Transport Planning Society, holding a degree in Planning and an MSc in Transportation.
