The new VECAT carbon calculation tool and proposed enhanced Freight value of travel time calculations form part of a newly released a batch of Transport Analysis Guidance (TAG), related documents from DfT’s TASM division.
Planned updates have been announced with details dates of release. Most of these are expected to become definitive in December.
