Buses set to be Senedd election issue, says Skates

Welsh Transport Secretary Ken Skates has accepted there are lessons to be learned from a worsening of hospital access by bus under the recent “bridge to franchising” arrangements in Powys. He also predicted that buses will be a campaigning issue in the Senedd election May.
