Council set to finally approve rail station in Bristol suburb after false starts

A new train station on the border between Bristol and South Gloucestershire is due to finally get planning approval this week after several false starts.

Henbury station was initially set to open in 2021, but has been hampered by delays linked to concerns over flood risks and changes to the access ramp.
