Waters foresees bus-connected hospitals

Former Labour Welsh Transport Minister Lee Waters believes Welsh bus reform will prevent future construction of hospitals away from bus routes.

While he was Transport Minister, he criticised construction of the £360m Grange University Hospital, opened in 2020, on a hillside outside Cwmbran, remote from the town’s public transport.
