Teenagers charged with cyber attack that caused ‘millions in losses’ to TfL

Two teenagers have been charged with hacking Transport for London (TfL) in a cyber attack last year.

TfL was subject of a network intrusion, which investigators believe was carried out by members of the online criminal collective known as Scattered Spider.

The National Crime Agency said the attack caused “significant disruption and millions in losses to TfL.”

Thalha Jubair, 19, from East London, and Owen Flowers, 18, from Walsall, West Midlands, were arrested at their home addresses...
