SPT blames operators for delays to first statutory bus partnership

Strathclyde Passenger Transport says bus operators are slowing the progress of developing Scotland's first Statutory Quality Partnership (SQP).

SPT told MSPs last week that operators were frustrating the development of an SQP in East Kilbride (LTT 25 Mar).
