A handbook exploring the options for bus service provision by local transport authorities (LTAs) in England is to be published this autumn by the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT), which commissioned the work. It is designed to help the authorities navigate the Enhanced Partnership and franchising options on the table under bus service reform legislation now being enacted.
