Franchising might fail to achieve ‘wider bus policy aspirations’, TfW admits

Transport for Wales has formally acknowledged the risk that bus franchising may not deliver what is expected.

The Bus Services (Wales) Bill, now in the Senedd, aims to introduce public control over all bus services operating within Wales.
