Impose fines on nuisance bus passengers, say Tories

The Conservatives are tabling amendments to the Bus Services Bill to enable on-the-spot fines against bus passengers making “unwarranted noise”. Shadow Transport Secretary Richard Holden is calling for the same byelaws and enforcement powers currently available on trains and tubes to be extended to buses.
