Andrew Bruce has been appointed Managing Director of Waterman Aspen. He joined the company in 2008 and took on his first secondment at Durham County Council. Since then, he has worked across all levels of the management team. Bruce takes over from Mark Emberton, who has been with the company for almost 35 years and has been Managing Director since 2018.
