Martin Gilmour has started a new position as Deputy Director, Policy, Heathrow Expansion at the DfT. He has been at the department for nearly seven years, most recently as Deputy Director, Planning, Transport and Housing. Before joining the DfT, Gilmour spent nearly four years at Transport for London, and his roles included Principal Transport Planner – Crossrail 2.
