Everitt to chair Transport for Wales board

Vernon Everitt has been named as the preferred candidate to be Chair of the Transport for Wales board. Everitt will take on the role while continuing in his current as post Transport Commissioner and chair of Transport for Greater Manchester. He is also a current Non-Executive Director on the Transport for Wales board. Everitt has previously been a Senior Executive at Transport for London with responsibility for improving customer service and driving up journeys and revenue on the public transport network.
