Andrew Morrison has left his role as Chief Economist, Head of Local and Regional Transport Analysis, at the DfT. Morrison has many years’ experience as a civil servant. He spent eight years at the DfT, before which he was at the Ministry of Defence for 13 years and the Department for Communities and Local Government for eight years.
