Members of the Isle of Man’s Parliameny, the Tynwald, will have to start paying for parking.
Infrastucture minister Michelle Haywood told the House of Keys a new parking policy agreed by the Council of Ministers in March will come into effect on 1 June.
Parking charges were suspended for Tynwald members’ and senior civil servants in April 2020 during the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown.
The parking charges would be commercial rates, she confirmed....
