Test runs of the Coventry Very Light Rail (CVLR) are due to start next month in the city centre. A 220-metre single-track demonstrator is being installed, with a structural health monitoring system, rail drainage, and rail-to-pavement interface components, before rails are embedded in asphalt pavement.
