New cycling and walking routes in Chipping Norton and Woodstock and their surrounding areas in Oxfordshire are set to be funded by developers.
Hundreds of changes are proposed including narrowing junctions, implementing dropped kerbs and tactile paving, segregated cycle tracks, more cycle parking and the widening of footpaths.
The council hopes the improvements identified in the plan can be delivered by 2035, subject to funding from Section 106 arrangements with developers.
