Bus passengers across England have become more satisfied with their journeys – with approval up to 83 per cent in the second year of the Your Bus Journey survey undertaken by Transport Focus.
It dovetails with recently reported higher bus passenger levels in many areas outside London, where service quality and usage have both been falling. London is not included in this survey.
