Stantec has appointed Andrew Brown as national discipline director for engineering and design in the UK and Ireland. He joins the consultant’s national community development and transport teams, with a remit to support the design and delivery of transformational highways programmes for both public and private sector clients. Over the last three decades, Brown has worked in transport planning, active travel, major project delivery and low carbon construction.
