Repair work to a Truro multi-storey park which has been partially closed after a safety inspection is unlikely.
Remedial work on the Moorfield car park off Calenick Street would not be financially viable, said Cornwall Council.
Sections of the car park were closed in May, but the ground floor and outdoor sections remained in use.
