Rail passenger usage in Great Britain has continued to recover towards pre-pandemic levels, the latest quarterly statistics from Office of Rail and Road (ORR) show, but the proportion of journeys made using season tickets has continued to dramatically shrink, despite the promotion of Flexi Season tickets giving buyers any eight days of travel in 28 days, at any time to suit those working from home some days, and commuting to the office on others.
