Chair of Network Rail Lord Peter Hendy was taken on a tour of the construction site at Belfast Grand Central Station last month. The integrated transport hub, which is due to open in the autumn, will be Northern Ireland’s main transport gateway to Belfast, with rail platforms increase=ing from four to eight and 26 bus stands.
