Revised guidance on the 20mph default limit in Wales will be published in July, Ken Skates, new Cabinet Secretary for North Wales & Transport, announced this week.

In September, local authorities would commence the process of changing some of the 20mph speed limits implemented last September, when the law changed to make all restricted Welsh roads 20mph by default under previous minister Lee Waters.
