West Yorkshire bus operators seek to head off franchising plans

A public opinion survey has been published by West Yorkshire’s main bus operators in a bid to get an Enhanced Partnership Plus plan adopted instead of bus franchising proposals from the Mayoral Combined Transport Authority.
