McGill’s Group is to cease its Eastern Scottish bus services in West Lothian citing “unsustainable losses”.
The operator took over West Lothian services from FirstBus in late 2022, and since then it has injected a total of £4.5m into McGill’s Eastern Scottish in a bid “to turn round the ailing business”, it said.
