Wandsworth residents offered grant to give up higher polluting cars

Wandsworth Council is offering a £1,000 grant to residents on lower incomes who give up or have recently given up higher polluting vehicles ahead of the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) across the whole of London.
