Annelies Look and Chris White-Horne have been appointed senior responsible owners for the DfT’s Rail Transformation Programme. They will be directly accountable to the director general, Rail Infrastructure Group, under the oversight of the permanent secretary Bernadetee Kelly, as accounting officer for the DfT, with oversight from the minister for rail Huw Merriman.
