Lack of engagement before new roads policy set, say Welsh ministers

A Senedd motion which criticised “lack of engagement” by the Welsh Roads Review Panel has been supported by 54 MSs with no opposition or abstentions. First Minister Mark Drakeford and Climate Change Minister Julie James voted for the motion but her deputy, Lee Waters, was absent.
