Welsh safety strategy aims to dethrone car as ‘king of the roads’

The Welsh Government has signalled another radical departure from the transport norm by recommending that its planned Welsh road safety strategy will “rehumanise” roads and dethrone the motor vehicle as “king of the roads”.
