Bus Fare £2 Cap starts, but operator disquiet means incomplete coverage

The three-month National government-sponsored £2 Bus Fare Cap has begun in England outside London, but operator unhappiness with the support grant system for it with the £60m allocated by the DfT has led a significant number to decline to participate. Operational, financial and longer term marketing issues are cited as reasons.
