Airport helps travellers avoid rogue operators

Gatwick Airport has issued a five-point checklist to help passengers avoid being stung by rogue ‘meet and greet’ parking companies that operate from the airport. Between May and October London Gatwick saw a 164% increase in complaints from passengers about third party ‘meet and greet’ parking companies, compared to the same period in 2019.
