CT Plus Yorkshire and Powell’s Bus – both part of the HCT Group – ceased all services last week “with a view to entering administration.”
Originally the companies
had said they would be making an orderly return of contracted services to commissioning bodies. However, HCT Group then said it saw “no alternative other than immediate closure” of both businesses in Yorkshire.
