The Scottish Parliament’s oversight body will look into whether it could stop paying mileage expenses for journeys in non-compliant vehicles in Low Emissions Zones.

Green Party MSP Mark Ruskell raised the issue in Holyrood with Maggie Chapman MSP of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body, which oversees how the parliament is run. The SPCB makes decisions on budgets and staffing, among other things.
