A fleet of electric on-demand minibuses have embarked on a trial run for residents in Braintree and surrounding areas of Essex.
The DigiGo shuttle bus service is aimed at residents who do not have access to a private vehicle, have limited access to public transport or have yet to experience the benefits of zero emissions motoring.
The six shuttles recharge their batteries exclusively at Gridserve Braintree Electric Forecourt.
