Wandsworth rolls out EV infrastructure

Wandsworth Council has commissioned a new tranche of electric vehicle (EV) charging points across the London borough.

The council began rolling out the on-street infrastructure in 2021 across 26 sites. The latest installations will see the total number of sites increase to 35, comprising 65 dual-socket EV chargepoints able to charge 130 vehicles at any one time.

The chargepoints provide a 22 kWh charge.
