Shropshire calls up own fleet of booster buses

Shropshire Council has been deploying its own fleet of buses, between school start and finish times, to take people to and from vaccination centres. Cabinet member Simon Jones said last month: “In a large rural county like Shropshire it can be a struggle for some people without transport to get to a vaccination or booster jab appointment.”
