APCOA appoints new chief financial officer

APCOA Parking has appointed Sam Groves as chief financial officer (CFO) of the group. Groves succeeds Steffen Bätjer, who has served as CFO since March 2016.

Groves joined APCOA in 2019 to lead the group’s mergers, acquisition and corporate development activities.

He has over 20 years experience in international finance and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in both public and private equity-backed companies.
