Local authorities in Northern Ireland offered EV charger grants

Local authorities in Northern Ireland are being offered grants for 100% of the capital costs of installing on-street residential chargepoints for electric vehicles.

The UK government established the On-Street Residential Chargepoint Scheme (ORCS) in 2017 but no funding has yet been provided for installations in Northern Ireland. The scheme provides grants of 75% of capital costs.
