Welsh Government admits transport errors with new hospital location

A Welsh Government minister has admitted a £360m new hospital is a “case study” in out-of-town development with poor accessibility by public transport.

Deputy climate change minister Lee Waters said the new Grange University Hospital, on the edge of Cwmbran, was an example of the kind of developments which should not be allowed to happen again.
